Replantation and emotional recovery !

For amputees

If you have completed an amputation, therapy and rehabilitation also play a large part in recovery. For the missing part, a prosthesis may be worn (a device that substitutes for a missing part of the body).

Emotional recovery
Replantation or amputation can affect your emotional life as well as your body. When your bandages are removed and you see the replanted or amputated part for the first time, you may feel shock, grief, anger, disbelief or disappointment because the body part does not look like it did before. These feelings are common. Talking about these feelings with your doctor often helps you come to terms with the outcome. Your doctor may also ask a counselor to assist with this process.

Coisas pouco precisas, melhor, coisas demasiado precisas que se tornam - pelo sua objetividade transparente e direta, e, juntamente com a nossa inexplicável ansiedade agravada com as sempre à mão respostas que procuramos - tendenciosamente complexas. 

Sequenciar coisas. 

Ir gaguejando ao ritmo das imagens.

Digo muitas vezes coisas que se repetem. Como os gagos, repito-me para que tu, que falas e me ouves ao mesmo tempo, me ouças.

Ouve-me, estou aqui a saltitar à tua frente. Olha pra mim, quero dizer-te coisas sobre ti próprio (digo eu).

Vai saltando que eu no salto me encontro, aterro quando fecho os olhos e acordo quando estou no ar. Isso ou vice-versa. Ou versa-vice.

De um lado para o outro vais-te encontrando nos sítios onde já estiveste !

I've been painting a lot of found books/catalogs/agendas that cross my path lately with white paint  and I've been giving some of them to some friends !

This one have some thick paint sheets, but João Gastão managed to make some lovely drawing in it !
